Health Care Assistant – Malvern
Location: Malvern
Wage: £13.12 - £14.43 per hour
Contract: Full Time (36 hours per week) + Part Time (24 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Days, Nights, Weekends

About The Role
As a Health Care Assistant with us, you’ll join a team passionate about delivering person-centred care tailored to each resident. This role is rewarding but requires dedication, with shift patterns including evenings, weekends, and occasional unsociable hours.
We’ll fully train you, providing all the support and development opportunities you need to excel.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting and enabling residents to maintain skills, personal interests, independence, choice, and dignity
- Contributing to dedicated care teams who uphold our mission
- Completing tasks such as:
- Monitoring, recording, and administering care plans
- Assisting with mobility and personal care
- Providing accompanionship and emotional support

What We Need From You
We’re looking for people with:

No prior experience in care is required, but your genuine passion for supporting older people is essential.
