Job Vacancy: Healthcare Assistant Days
Location: Woodstock Residential Care Home in Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4HN
Contracted hours: 22 hours available (7 day rota system, including some weekends)
Rota Hours: 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm, or 8am - 8pm.
Work flexibility: In accordance with your availability and the service requirements.
(Hourly) rate of pay: £13.00

You will have the opportunity to excel whilst:
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
- Ensuring care plans, assessments, risk assessments, and other care documentation in place to support residents are followed accordingly.
- Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
- Maintaining the residents’ independence, privacy, and dignity always.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all care given, onto our software package (handheld devices).
- Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
