Location: Harrow, HA1
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available
Salary: £12.50 - £16 an hour
Schedule: 12 hour Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday day shifts
Our client is a 35-year-old male with juvenile Huntingdon’s. He loves football, watching F1 and listening to R&B music. We are looking for a carer who will help him enjoy his life how he wishes. He lives at home with his mother and his older brother will come to visit regularly. He is a smoker and expects carers to support with this in a safe manner.

Job Purpose:
- To deliver defined aspects of holistic care to the client guided by individualised care plans and HFH Healthcare policies.
- To create and maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere in which clients can achieve their goals through clear communication and teamwork.
- To mentor new members of the care team in all aspects of client specific care.
- To supervise and delegate tasks to double up staff.
