There is an exciting opportunity to work within the children mental health service in Halton within the role of a support worker.
The role includes working with a skilled and experienced MDT and working directly with children and families to support their needs. The post holder would be an integral part of the clinical team and care pathway and would be encouraged to contribute to pathway and service development. They would be able to use existing skills and experience and also have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge.
The postholder will work as part of the multidisciplinary team and will assist and support the clinical team(s). This may include working within the patient’s home environment and other clinical settings within community.

Ensure the delivery of the quality strategy within the designated area incorporating establishment of systems and processes.
