Healthcare Assistant ((full-time, 30 hours) - Imaging Team, Oaks Hospital, Colchester)
The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Imaging Team. Putting patients first, you’ll provide dedicated care as a part of a supportive team delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes.
- Work closely with Radiographers, whose schedules are busy
- Offer individualised patient care, recognising each person’s uniqueness
- Proven record of teamwork and adaptability under pressure
- Valued for skills and expertise, with plenty of development opportunities

Where You’ll Be Based
Oaks Hospital, Colchester (opened in 1994), with key features:
- Convenient location on the outskirts, convenient parking provided
- All consultants undergo rigorous vetting and regular reviews

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Highly motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Flexible approach to duties and hours
