12-hour shifts (includes days and night shifts)
About the Client
Our client is a 39-year-old male with a rare clinical condition, neurosarcoidosis, which has resulted in:
- Paraplegia
- Requires tracheostomy and ventilation support
- Needs mobility assistance in bed
Pre-illness, he worked as a primary school teacher where he was deeply committed to supporting young children.
We seek a compassionate carer with experience in similar complex conditions, aligned with a desire to help others.

Job Purpose
Your role will focus on:
- Executing holistic care based on care plans and HFH policies.
- Creating a safe & supportive environment to promote client goals.
- Mentoring new care-team members.
- Supervising and delegating tasks, including doubling up on shifts.
- Ensuring effective communication and teamwork within the INDM organisational structure.
All duties cater to the unique care needs as specified in each patient’s plan.
