12-hour shifts (includes days and night shifts)


About the Client

Our client is a 39-year-old male with a rare clinical condition, neurosarcoidosis, which has resulted in:

  • Paraplegia
  • Requires tracheostomy and ventilation support
  • Needs mobility assistance in bed

Pre-illness, he worked as a primary school teacher where he was deeply committed to supporting young children.

We seek a compassionate carer with experience in similar complex conditions, aligned with a desire to help others.

Job Purpose

Your role will focus on:

  • Executing holistic care based on care plans and HFH policies.
  • Creating a safe & supportive environment to promote client goals.
  • Mentoring new care-team members.
  • Supervising and delegating tasks, including doubling up on shifts.
  • Ensuring effective communication and teamwork within the INDM organisational structure.

All duties cater to the unique care needs as specified in each patient’s plan.
