Home Support Carer – W11, W10, West London (Part-Time, Complex Care Support)
HF Hands (HFH) seek compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to provide rounded complex care support within a single client residence. This is not a home-to-home role—your focus will be exclusively on one client’s home.
About the Role
We’re looking for carers who:
- Are attentive, pro-active, and responsive to changing client needs.
- Embrace challenges and deliver personalised, highly bespoke care.
- Form meaningful connections with a small core team of regular carers for each client.
- Prioritise clinician/network/client collaboration for ongoing, coordinated support.
Typical Support Provided
- Person-centred care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, general health support).
- Direct involvement in medication management.
- Liaison between teams (therapists, doctors, and other HFH specialists).
- Monitoring and reporting of client/care plan compliance to team leads.
- For some clients, supervision and support in disability management or specialist conditions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
