Health Care Specialist (Contract / Part-Time)

Compensation: $15 – $25 per hour

Openings: 60 positions

Location: Remote

Role Overview

As a Health Care Specialist, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support the development of next-generation AI systems. Your input will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity in healthcare-related processes. No prior AI experience is required — your medical knowledge and patient care background are the foundation for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Healthcare data analysis: Review healthcare documentation, workflows, and patient care scenarios for accuracy and consistency.
  • Medical terminology interpretation: Clarify and explain complex healthcare concepts in structured summaries.
  • Compliance review: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards, and documentation practices.
  • Clinical documentation evaluation: Identify inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with diverse teams to refine healthcare processes and workflows.
  • Quality assurance: Maintain exceptional attention to detail when evaluating medical information.
