Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients seeking a Health Care Specialist to review and verify healthcare provider credentials and licensing information. This role involves validating professional qualifications against regulatory databases and ensuring strict compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify credentials of healthcare professionals against official licensing databases.
  • Confirm compliance with state and federal regulations for healthcare providers.
  • Document verification results in internal tracking systems with absolute accuracy.
  • Identify discrepancies, gaps in licensing, and submit findings for resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive provider information while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
