Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Health Care Worker role based at Grove Park Healthcare Limited in Brighton. The role involves supporting residents with their daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and individual care plans. Responsibilities include:

Health Care Worker will help implement therapeutic activities, support health education and promotion initiatives, and contribute to a safe and respectful environment. The role also requires effective collaboration with nurses, therapists, and other professionals, as well as maintaining accurate records in line with policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills to support service users and coordinate their care effectively.
- Strong Communication abilities to interact clearly and compassionately with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in Health Promotion to assist in delivering information and activities that support wellbeing.
- Relevant health or social care qualification (e.g., NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent), or commitment to working toward one.
- Understanding person-centered care; previous experience in nursing care settings is an advantage.
- Ability to follow clinical guidance, maintain detailed records, and adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality, and infection control standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, reliability in attendance, and capacity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
