Health Consulting Enterprise Transformation – Manager

About The Role

We are building one of the most innovative and health‑focused consulting capabilities and are market leading in digital transformations, particularly with Electronic Patient Records (EPRs). Our work centres on helping public and private health and social care organisations design and deliver large‑scale transformation — from rethinking digitally enabled health systems to modernising services, improving patient outcomes and enabling more efficient, and resilient organisations.

The UK health and social care sector is undergoing once‑in‑a‑generation change: integrated care systems, elective recovery, digital and data transformation, workforce redesign, financial sustainability and the adoption of digital health technologies at scale. Our team supports clients across the NHS, arm’s‑length bodies, local government and independent providers to navigate this complexity and deliver meaningful, lasting change.

We are a collaborative, diverse and growing team with deep expertise in public and private Healthcare. As a Manager, you’ll lead client EPR and digital transformation engagements, bring strong sector and EPR supplier knowledge, and work with multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver end‑to‑end transformation programmes that make a difference to patients, clinicians, communities and the wider system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
