HTA HV&E Manager Opportunity
We are currently seeking a HTA HV&E Manager to join a leading biopharmaceutical company in the London/Surrey border on an initial 2 year contract.
This exciting opportunity offers a chance to contribute to global health initiatives by supporting health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) studies that impact patient access to medicines and vaccines. The role is based within a dynamic team dedicated to advancing evidence generation and ensuring patients worldwide benefit from cutting-edge treatments.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as the HV&E Manager – Migraine will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- As the HV&E Manager, you will support the global HV&E migraine team by managing administrative and scientific tasks associated with HEOR studies in line with strategic objectives.
- As the HV&E Manager, you will oversee the development, review, and QC of study protocols, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory and company standards.
- As the HV&E Manager, you will maintain comprehensive study documentation across Pfizer systems and public registries, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
- As the HV&E Manager, you will coordinate communication with vendors, stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), managing meetings, invoices, and contracting processes.
- As the HV&E Manager, you will manage the lifecycle of RWE studies, including input into study design, data analysis, and interpretation in collaboration with internal experts and external KOLs.
- As the HV&E Manager, you will develop publication plans, oversee manuscript development, and manage the submission process for peer-reviewed journals.
- As the HV&E Manager – Migraine, you will support project tracking, budget management, and ensure timely delivery of scientific outputs.

Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the HV&E Manager – Migraines we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, pharmacy, public health, or related field.
- Proven experience in research organization, such as academia, consulting, or pharma, with at least 2 years in HEOR or related areas.
- Demonstrated understanding of health services research methods, including study design, database analyses, and epidemiology.
- Strong project management skills with excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently on multiple projects.
