AI Data Trainer – Public Health Expertise for AI (Remote Contract)
About The Role
Your public health expertise is needed where it matters most: ensuring AI gets health right. We’re partnering with the world’s leading AI research labs to build models that provide accurate, evidence-based health information—and we need MPH-trained professionals to make it happen.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge of epidemiology, biostatistics, health equity, and policy directly shapes how AI reasons about population health. No AI experience required—your domain expertise is what drives the work.

What You’ll Do
- Design complex public health scenarios – Build advanced case studies involving:
- Disease outbreak simulations
- Health equity assessments
- Statistical interpretation of clinical trial data
- Author ground-truth solutions – Write rigorous, step-by-step responses synthesizing:
- Peer-reviewed research
- Epidemiological data
- Current guidelines from bodies like the CDC and WHO
- Audit AI outputs – Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for:
- Accuracy
- Bias
- Ethical adherence
- Identify misinformation and logical gaps in models’ reasoning
- Refine AI reasoning – Provide structured feedback to help models:
- Distinguish correlation from causation
- Communicate health risk accurately
- Respond appropriately to diverse populations

Who You Are
Required
- Holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or a closely related graduate degree.
- Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of:
- Epidemiology
- Biostatistics
- Environmental Health
- Health Policy
- Ability to translate complex health data into:
- Clear, actionable, and culturally sensitive written content
- Precise, detail-oriented when evaluating:
- Statistical significance
- Data citations
- Health intervention logic
- No prior AI experience required
