Health Policy & Management — AI Data Trainer

About The Role

What if your public health expertise could influence how millions of people receive health information through AI? At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer, and more accurate AI models — and we need domain experts like you to make it happen.

We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) graduates and public health professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, and global health equity. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and communicates evidence-based health information — ensuring it stays accurate, ethical, and aligned with scientific consensus.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week (flexible)

What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Health Scenarios — Create advanced public health challenges involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trials
  • Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current public health guidelines (CDC, WHO, and beyond)
  • Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, and adherence to ethical standards; identify misinformation and logical gaps in health reasoning
  • Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models distinguish between correlation and causation, and communicate health risks clearly to diverse populations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
