About the Role
What if your public health expertise could influence how millions of people receive health information through AI? At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer, and more accurate AI models - and we need domain experts like you to make it happen.
We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) graduates and public health professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, and global health equity. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and communicates evidence-based health information — ensuring it stays accurate, ethical, and aligned with scientific consensus.

What You'll Do
- Design complex health scenarios involving:
- Disease outbreak simulations
- Health equity assessments
- Statistical interpretation of clinical trials

- Synthesising peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data and current public health guidelines
- Providing rigorous, step-by-step responses

Audit AI outputs for:
- Accuracy in health advice and policy recommendations
- Bias and adherence to ethical standards
- Identification of misinformation and logical gaps in health reasoning

Refine AI reasoning by:
- Providing structured feedback for distinguishing correlation from causation
- Enhancing communication of health risks to diverse populations
Who You Are
Core Requirements
- Holds a Masters in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or closely related graduate degree
- Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of:
- Epidemiology
- Biostatistics
- Environmental Health
- Health Policy
- Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, actionable and culturally-sensitive written communication
- Meticulous attention to detail, covering:
- Statistical significance
- Data citations
- Logic of health interventions
- No prior AI experience required — your public health knowledge is what matters
