Health Policy & Management — AI Data Trainer
About The Role
Your public health expertise is more valuable than ever — not just in the clinic or the policy office, but in shaping how AI understands and communicates health information to the world.
Alignerr partners with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI models. We're looking for Masters in Public Health (MPH) professionals to help train cutting-edge AI systems to reason accurately about population health, epidemiology, biostatistics, and health policy — ensuring AI gets public health right.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain knowledge directly influences AI systems used by millions.
What You'll Do
- Design complex public health scenarios — Create challenging, realistic problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and interpretation of clinical trial data
- Author authoritative responses — Write rigorous, evidence-based solutions grounded in peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and established guidelines (CDC, WHO, and beyond)
- Audit AI-generated health content — Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, bias, misinformation, and adherence to ethical health communication standards
- Sharpen AI reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate risk effectively, and serve diverse populations equitably

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
