Band 7 - Salary Range £52,845 - £61,466 per annum
Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum
Relocation Assistance of up to £8000 available
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Records and Clinical Coding Manager within the Gilbert Bain Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent communication and leadership skills to join our management team. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive health records service and assisting with the development and implementation of new technology in line with the eHealth strategy.
This post is a key role within the Elective Services Team and will report to the Planned Care Operational Manager. We are looking for someone who can provide proactive leadership and support the Health Records and Reception Team Leaders in developing their services and providing staff training.

The successful candidate will have a relevant first degree and will be able to demonstrate experience at a senior level, of informatics and business administration.
