Training & Quality Assurance Manager - Health Records
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the management team in the busy Health Records Department as a Training & Quality Assurance Manager at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
Working as part of the Health Records Management Team to assist with the management of the Health Records Services throughout the Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and to provide continual support and training to Health Records staff in order to maintain an effective service to all users.
The post-holder will work closely with the Evolve System Administrator/Data Quality Manager and Health Records Managers in developing Health Records systems and procedures to meet the changing demands upon the service.
The ability to work on your own initiative to support the management and staff of the Health Records Team and present a quality service to all users is essential. You will also be required to work closely with the other members of the management team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
People skills and the ability to support and motivate your team are crucial to this role. Training on in-house information systems, however, will be provided.
This is a full-time post to support the Training and Quality Assurance Team. Working closely within the management team to help deliver excellent training and quality assurance. You will be a member of a team who provide a valuable essential service to the Trust.

Working closely with the Evolve System Administration/Data Quality Manager to ensure all staff training needs are met, as well as providing assurance through data quality audits, audits are just a few of the varied tasks for this role.
You will also be responsible for undertaking staff appraisals and ensuring Trust and departmental policies and procedures are implemented and complied with.
Delivering vital information to staff by holding regular departmental meetings, this may be to a large group of staff, conducting support meetings, appraisals, and one-to-one meetings.
