The Role
Due to business growth we are recruiting for a H&SF Trainer. As our Health, Safety and Fire Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering comprehensive health, safety and fire training programs, reviewing, and updating training materials to reflect current standards, and providing ongoing health and safety advice and support.
The role will include delivering training from home, London based office and clients' sites. Any remote working will be from your own home.
Your expertise will not only guide our clients but also foster an internal culture of health and safety that prioritises the well-being of everyone.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and lead training sessions for a variety of audiences.
- Review, update, and ensure the relevance and compliance of all training materials with current standards and best practice.
- Assist in the management of our training accreditations.
- Support the growth of our training services into new industries.
- Provide general health, safety, and fire support to clients, addressing specific needs and challenges to foster safe and healthy work environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate health and safety practices into daily operations and project planning.

Skills and Experience Required
- A passionate and experienced professional with relevant qualifications and professional memberships e.g., level 3 health and safety qualification, level 3 fire qualification
- Technical member of IOSH or equivalent
- NEBOSH General and Fire Certificate
- Experience in the delivery of First Aid Training (or willing to work towards).
- Teaching qualification (IOSH Trainer the Trainer, PTLLS, L3 AET or above)
- Proven experience in delivering training programs, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and fire practice and the ability to translate complex legislation into practical guidance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and effective support and advice.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
