What The Opportunity Looks Like

This is a varied role at the heart of our Head Office, helping to create a safe, welcoming and well-run workplace for colleagues and visitors. You'll play a key role in ensuring our office environment operates smoothly, whilst supporting health and safety standards and compliance across the workplace.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of our Glasgow Head Office, ensuring facilities, services and workplace resources run effectively
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and building management teams to deliver excellent workplace services and value for money
  • Support workplace health and safety activities including risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations and compliance reporting
  • Drive improvements that enhance the colleague experience, strengthen workplace safety and support business continuity

Skills and experience that will help you be a success

  • Experience managing office, workplace or facilities services, ensuring a professional environment operates safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices, with confidence supporting risk management, compliance activities and safety initiatives
  • Strong organisational and relationship-building skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively with colleagues, suppliers and contractors
