Sizewell C is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, compliant and high-performing construction delivery, particularly during out-of-hours operations, including late shifts, nights and weekends. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role where your expertise will directly influence the safety culture and performance of a major national project.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leads, Construction Leads and Tier 1 Contractor teams to ensure all legislative, company, and site-specific safety requirements are fully addressed. You’ll also support the SZC Head of Safety & Wellbeing in ensuring that residual risks passed to the Principal Contractor are properly mitigated and controlled.

This role overlaps with day-shift teams to support planning, coordination and continuity ensuring safe delivery across a complex, multidisciplinary environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
