£40,000 – £60,000 plus package • Permanent • Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
We are seeking a Health & Safety Auditor to work on a large infrastructure project based in and around the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have previous auditing experience and be comfortable working in an auditing role, covering multiple sites. Travel is expected 3–4 days per week.
Strong knowledge and experience in auditing and/or implementing ISO45001 would be a distinct advantage.

- Ensuring all H&S-related policies, procedures, and regulations are adhered to, reviewed, and updated regularly across multiple project sites.
- Conducting site-focused audits and inspections across the project.
- Working autonomously, managing your own diary and workload.
- Promoting Health & Safety initiatives.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3+ years working in health & safety.
- NEBOSH Certificate or NEBOSH Construction qualification (minimum).
- Experience working in civil engineering or the construction industry.
- Qualified Lead Auditor (ISO Management Systems), ideally with ISO45001.
- Ability to gather, analyse, and report on key H&S statistics and trends.
- Experience in major projects would be beneficial but not mandatory.

Travel & Work Pattern:
- Position is project-focused, requiring on-site presence 4–5 days per week.
- Applicants must be able to travel across multiple sites and locations.
