Health & Safety Coordinator
Manufacturing or Industrial Environment
We’re looking for an experienced & proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to join a busy manufacturing site and play a key role in maintaining and improving safety standards across the operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys:

- Working closely with teams on the ground

[Key Responsibilities]
Core Tasks
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and internal standards
- Sustain H&S systems aligned to ISO 45001
- Conduct site inspections and follow up on action items
- Contribute to risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Investigate incidents and develop preventative actions
- Monitor trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Deliver & coordinate safety training
- Foster a positive, proactive safety culture across the site
- Support internal and external audits
- Produce reports on safety performance and KPIs

[Requirements & Qualifications]
Essential
- Experience in a health & safety role, preferably in manufacturing or a similar environment
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Familiarity with ISO 45001 or integrated management systems
- Strong understanding of UK/ROI health & safety legislation
- Experience supporting audits & inspections
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on, results-driven approach
