To support our growing operations in the UK and Europe, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Coventry office and contribute to building a high-performing international team.

HR (30%)
- Recruitment
- Employee Relations
- Payroll coordination
- Absence management
- Onboarding and offboarding
Office/Admin (30%)
- Office management
- Facilities
- Fleet
- Suppliers
H&S (40%)
- Coordinate external H&S consultant
- Training records
- Incident reporting
- Warehouse inspections
- Compliance tracking
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in HR, office administration, operations support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring – what we are looking for:
- Experience coordinating Health & Safety activities in the UK.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or other Health & Safety qualification.
- Experience in renewable energy, or technical service environments.
