Europe's leading premium health and wellness group is looking for a passionate Health and Safety Manager to join our team.
About the Role
As Health and Safety Manager, you will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring:
- The smooth operation of the club
- Daily adherence to health & safety and compliance regulations
- Effective management of a team, including self-employed contractors
- Training all staff in line with company expectations
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facility
- Ensuring strong customer service excellence

Requirements
We're looking for a Health and Safety Manager with:

- A recognised IOSH / NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
- Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND or Diploma, etc.)
- Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations
- Proven experience in managing maintenance and upkeep of a facility
- Experience managing a team in a service-led environment (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail, sports, or leisure facility)
- A passionate commitment to customer service
