This is a growth hire for an individual with an established client following, ideally advising large corporates on contentious and advisory health & safety matters.

You will play an instrumental role in developing our Health & Safety practice, building client relationships, collaborating with colleagues nationally, and contributing to strategic growth across the wider firm.

What You’ll Do
Lead and grow client relationships, with a focus on large corporate instructions and panel work. Deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice across the Health & Safety / regulatory landscape. Collaborate with teams across the UK and support cross-selling opportunities. Provide leadership, mentoring and support to develop talent and future leaders
