About the Role

Ocean Infinity is seeking a Health & Safety Site Lead to provide local health and safety leadership across Ocean Infinity’s onshore working environments, including offices, warehouses, labs, workshops, and other managed sites.

Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, the role ensures workplace risks are identified, controlled, and escalated appropriately; supports site leaders and managers to meet their health and safety obligations; and helps create safe, compliant, and well-managed working environments for employees, contractors, and visitors. It applies the Group Integrated Management System consistently at site level, ensuring standards and non-negotiables are embedded in day-to-day practice.

This is a site-based operational health and safety leadership role; it does not own the enterprise HSEQ framework or act as a delivery-facing HSEQ advisor for project mobilisation or campaign execution.

The role focuses on workplace and facilities safety, with clear boundaries from offshore operations, project HSEQ delivery, and corporate framework ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
