Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + WFH + Mon-Fri + Private Medical Care + Funded Qualifications + Progression + Increasing Holidays + Company Benefits
Location: Leeds – with regular travel
Are you an Health and Safety Trainer or similar, an IOSH member, looking for a technical role delivering various courses at a well-established Health & Safety (H&S) Training Provider? This company is undergoing exciting growth and aims to become an industry leader with flexible working and career progression opportunities.
About the Role
This company is a well-established H&S training provider with over 20 years of experience. Due to their rapid expansion and increasing demand for their services, they are hiring a Health & Safety Trainer to shape and develop this role.
You’ll work autonomously, designing and delivering varied Health & Safety courses in-person and online, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities
- Lead a variety of Health & Safety courses, primarily NEBOSH and IOSH
- Participate in funded training to obtain additional qualifications and enhance your expertise
- Deliver courses both in-person and online, with travel required occasionally
- Operate Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, fitting seamlessly into the flexibility offered by remote working opportunities
Requirements
- Health & Safety Trainer, Officer, Advisor, or similar role experience
- Active IOSH Membership
- Full and valid driving licence, with willingness to undertake travel when required
