Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + WFH + Mon-Fri + Private Medical Care + Funded Qualifications + Progression + Increasing Holidays + Company Benefits

Location: Leeds – with regular travel

Are you an Health and Safety Trainer or similar, an IOSH member, looking for a technical role delivering various courses at a well-established Health & Safety (H&S) Training Provider? This company is undergoing exciting growth and aims to become an industry leader with flexible working and career progression opportunities.


About the Role

This company is a well-established H&S training provider with over 20 years of experience. Due to their rapid expansion and increasing demand for their services, they are hiring a Health & Safety Trainer to shape and develop this role.

You’ll work autonomously, designing and delivering varied Health & Safety courses in-person and online, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Your primary focus will be on teaching NEBOSH and IOSH courses, along with other related qualifications. The company will fund your overall professional development, offering opportunities to upskill and progress through further qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a variety of Health & Safety courses, primarily NEBOSH and IOSH
  • Participate in funded training to obtain additional qualifications and enhance your expertise
  • Deliver courses both in-person and online, with travel required occasionally
  • Operate Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, fitting seamlessly into the flexibility offered by remote working opportunities

Requirements

  • Health & Safety Trainer, Officer, Advisor, or similar role experience
  • Active IOSH Membership
  • Full and valid driving licence, with willingness to undertake travel when required
