Health Service Manager

About This Role:

Responsible for managing the customer relationship for one or a number of key customers within the eircom NI portfolio delivering excellent customer experience

Expectations From The Role:

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and regularly review service performance against Service Level and Operational Level agreements
  • Ensure services are delivered in an efficient manner, maximizing profitability and demonstrating value for money internally and to customers
  • Provide regular reports on service performance and achievement to the customer and internally
  • Identify and manage any actions required to maintain or improve service levels
  • Act as primary interface between customer and eircom, building and / or enhancing mutually beneficial relationships
  • Improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with suppliers, both internal and external
  • Instigate remedial actions to address any service affecting issues
  • Analyse trends and identify areas for improvement

Requirements For A Successful Application:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in a service management role within a managed services environment
  • ITIL Service Management certification
  • Customer focused
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of planning and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in telecommunications or networking service environment would be advantageous
  • Industry Background – Comms/ICT/Consulting/SI
  • Managing external vendors
  • Management of complex projects
  • Knowledge of Operational activities
  • Knowledge of Telecoms and/or IT technology and infrastructure
