An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Public Health Practitioner (Health Visitor) to join our Integrated Healthy Families Team within the Rushcliffe North Locality.

Rushcliffe North Healthy Family Team, provide a quality service delivering the Healthy Child Programme to the local population. We are an integrated service, working with children and young people aged 0 – 19 and their families. Care will be delivered in line with the National and Local guidelines and public health priorities.

You will work as part of a team to deliver universal and targeted health services to the 0-19 year population and will be responsible for the day to day leadership of a defined caseload, managing and supporting a skill mix team.

You will be expected to develop excellent partnership working relationships in order to provide seamless services to Children, Young people and their families.

This post requires a knowledgeable practitioner with excellent communication skills and a desire to develop their leadership and management skills. You will possess the Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (Health Visitor) qualification.
