Health and Wellness Sales Advisor (London, Hourly)
The hourly rate for this role is £13.56 and up to £15.59 across selected locations within London. No previous experience required—full training will be provided.

As a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor, you’ll combine expert product knowledge with customer service skills to drive sales and support customer wellbeing. You’ll be on the shop floor, creating personalised experiences:
- Sharing expert advice
- Helping customers discover products that work for them
- Delivering genuine, feel-good service
Training is provided, including opportunities to complete our Healthcare Training Programme to equip you with the skills to thrive.
Your work will make a real impact—customers will leave feeling healthier, happier, and more confident in their choices.
About The Role
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting health and wellness brands by giving expert, unbiased advice to customers
- Using open questions to understand customer needs and recommend holistic healthcare solutions (including in-store and online doctor services)
- Referring customers to the dispensary or pharmacist where needed
- Maintaining strong sales and communication skills to connect with customers
- No competitive commissions—focused on team success and public service
- Completing a NVQ2-level Healthcare Training Programme
- Keeping store shelves clean, tidy, and well-stocked

What You’ll Need To Have
Essential Skills & Experience
- A passion for health and wellness
- A warm, approachable manner and confidence in starting conversations
- Ability to put customers at ease while discussing sensitive health needs
- Self-motivation, customer-focused sales drive, and dedication to great service
- Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to contribute to store success
- Digital literacy, comfort with technology, and familiarity with omni-channel solutions
- Proactiveness in learning about new products and services
- Commitment to completing a Healthcare Training Programme (NVQ2)
Desirable (Not Essential) Skills & Experience
Experience working towards sales targets or in a healthcare/wellness setting.
