What We’re Looking For
Applicants for the Healthcare Assessor role in Brighouse should:
- Be passionate about people-centred care.
- Have at least 1 year experience in community care.
- Demonstrate strong *organisation and time management.
- Understand CQC regulations thoroughly.
- Excel in communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and care teams.
- Hold (or be prepared to obtain) an NVQ in Health and Social Care.
- Have a full, valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle due to on-call duties.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Developing care plans and risk assessments.
- Overseeing the safe administration of medication.
- Conducting observations, spot checks, and Quality Assurance.
- Updating digital care records via in-house systems.
- Supporting your Registered Manager to ensure excellence in care delivery.
- Managing on-call duties on a rotating basis.
