Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care activities including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support patients with feeding and nutritional needs.
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar healthcare role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach to care.
- Basic healthcare training or certification is desirable.
