About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will:
- Provide specialist care and support to men with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory/communication impairments.

Daily Responsibilities
- Support ward rounds, analyse behaviours, and adapt care plans collaboratively with colleagues.
- Update patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities while upholding dignity and autonomy.
- Promote wellbeing, recovery and fulfilment in individuals’ lives.
- Operate in a challenging but supportive environment, requiring resilience, compassion, and vigilance.

This role involves shift work: 12.5-hour shifts, with a pattern of 3–4 days per week, including nights and weekends.
