Healthcare Assistant – Crossley Place, Prescot

About the Role
You’ll work within an inclusive and supportive team delivering care to women over the age of 18 with complex emotional and mental health conditions. Your contributions will:
- Assist with ward rounds and actively support the recovery pathway towards a more independent and fulfilled life.
- Analyse and adapt care plans with colleagues to accommodate behavioural changes.
- Maintain and update patient records.
- Provide holistic care alongside personal hygiene support.
