Healthcare Assistant
Care Support Worker – Extra Care Scheme (Brushett House)
We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Support Workers at Care Outlook, where you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of vulnerable and elderly residents at Brushett House (BH11) in our Extra Care Scheme.

Shift Patterns (Part-Time Available)
Shifts are on a rotating basis:
- 07:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 07:00
- Every other Saturday and Sunday
Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients with the following daily tasks (among others):
- Personal care assistance: Washing, toileting, dressing, and general hygiene support
- Light housekeeping duties to maintain comfort and cleanliness
- Observation and monitoring of residents’ needs, including record-keeping to ensure safety and well-being

We’re looking for individuals who are:
