Hours & Shifts
- Availability: Full-time and Part-time
- Shift Length: 12-hour day and night shifts
- Minimum Commitment: 24 hours per week
About The Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support clients with spinal cord injuries, tracheostomies, ventilator dependency, and other complex healthcare needs right in their own homes—across Crawley and the surrounding areas.
This is a one-client, one-home role, enabling you to deliver personalised care, build meaningful relationships, and develop specialist clinical skills.
No prior complex care experience is needed—you’ll receive full training along with ongoing support from our experienced nursing team.

Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and transfers
- Support clients with tracheostomy and ventilator care following training
- Administer medication as required
- Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing
- Follow care plans and clinical protocols
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Caring, compassionate, and professional individuals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn specialist clinical skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to pass enhanced DBS and reference checks

Desirable
- Previous care, healthcare, or customer service experience
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
