Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Pay Rates: £14.00 – £26.00
Shift Pattern: Days and Nights (12 Hour shifts)
About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support our client in his own home. Our client has an Acquired Brain Injury and lives with his supportive partner and son.
You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living activities, monitor his wellbeing, and promote his dignity and independence while working closely with his family. The ideal candidate will be caring, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality, individualized support.
