As a Healthcare Assistant
You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily activities, ensuring comfort and wellbeing. You will work in a team supporting both staff and residents in residential or nursing home settings, as well as some supported living services.
We have a variety of shifts for Healthcare Assistants including long days, earlies, lates and nights available in:

Your Main Duties Will Involve
- Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfer, using the appropriate equipment where required.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to all residents.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Always promoting independence and dignity.
- Following and updating care plans.
Requirements
Previous Experience Working As a Health Care Assistant Or Support Worker Would Be Beneficial, However, Full Training Can Be Provided For Those Who Demonstrate a Compassionate, Caring Nature And Desire To Provide Quality Care To Improve The Lives Of Others.

- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Full Right to Work in the United Kingdom is essential
- A full UK Driver’s Licence is desirable
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is desirable
- Willingness to attend training and induction at our office in Newcastle-under-Lyme
