Are you a Healthcare Assistant? Join us at Nurses UK! Nurses UK is searching for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our exceptional care team and support the delivery of outstanding healthcare services across the South West of England. Pay: £13.68-£17.18 per hour plus time and a half on Bank Holidays. With growing demand across various healthcare settings, we are looking to fill full-time and part-time day and night shifts. As a Healthcare Assistant, your hands-on support and care will be vital to improving patient comfort, dignity, and well-being. Working alongside nurses and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help ensure a safe, caring, and positive experience for every individual under your care. Main Responsibilities: Deliver compassionate personal care to patients/service users. Assist with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding, etc.). Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff. Support nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient-centred care. Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment. Accurately document care provided in line with service requirements. Promote dignity, independence, and respect in all interactions. Work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team. Requirements: Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK (preferred). Care Certificate or willingness to complete relevant training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments. Commitment to high standards of care and professional practice. Right to work in the UK. Benefits: Competitive pay rates: £13.8-£17.18 per hour plus time and a half on Bank Holidays.
