Stroke Recovery Centre - Meadow Ward

Williton offers specialist Stroke rehabilitation beds with the goal of re-enabling our patients to live their best life at home with the support they need to maintain this. For those that can't go home, we facilitate discharge to an appropriate care setting and continue our focus to maintain as much independence as possible. In addition, Meadow Ward offers End of Life care in our beautiful Grace's Room.

There is the requirement to work flexibly on an internal shift rotation, working both days and nights over a seven-day period, including bank holidays. In return you will receive enhanced payments for working unsocial hours, a generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and free parking.
