Committed Solutions is a healthcare staffing solution provider operating around England and Wales with trained care workers who attend to the needs of service users in the communities, nursing homes and in hospitals.
We are looking for care assistants who are passionate about the care they provide. We are great believers that every interaction matters and it is important to make it count.
The roles involve you assisting service users with their health and personal care needs. Your duties will range from preparing meals and drinks, to personal care tasks such as bathing, washing and dressing, light cleaning as well as medication and social support. We also welcome candidates who have experience in mental health and can passionately support service users with mental health challenges.

Duties of a Healthcare Assistant
- Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety
- Promoting positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients
- Checking and ordering supplies
- Providing culturally appropriate care and support for service users and patients
- Helping patients to safely move around
- Working with patients or service users to improve their comfort and prepare them for medical treatment.
