Healthcare Bookings Coordinator
This Healthcare Bookings Coordinator role is fast-paced, requires multitasking with acute attention to details. In its 22 years of operation, no 2 days have ever been the same.
You will be booking/placing Healthcare Assistants, Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, and AHP.
This role requires high integrity, sound judgement, and strong listening skills, as decisions made daily directly impact patient safety, clinical outcomes, staff wellbeing, and client trust.
You must be able to understand complex needs, resolve problems calmly under pressure, and act honestly and responsibly at all times.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Bookings & Placements in e.g. hospitals, homes, clinics, community settings, flight/ground transfers, appointments, and international assignments
- Maintaining and Developing Business Development
- Compliance Interface (Non–Sign-Off Role)
- Clinical & Operational Collaboration
- Administration & Record Keeping
- On-Call & Out-of-Hours Support (where applicable)

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in healthcare bookings, coordination, or staffing.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and safeguarding principles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, service-critical environment.
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and ethical judgement.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think clearly under pressure.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to interpret complex or sensitive information.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence to challenge, pause, or escalate when something does not feel right.
