Head of Healthcare Lighting
Head of Healthcare Lighting is a strategic role with the focus on growing our Healthcare lighting business through identifying opportunities, building relationships and implementing effective business development strategies in the acute and mental health sectors, both public and private. This is a full sector ownership role to work collaboratively with the existing sales teams to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Be a healthcare sector specialist to support the salesforce in accessing and securing healthcare lighting opportunities.
- Establish new customer networks with a broad mix of customer types including contractors, end users, and specifiers.
- Develop and implement a detailed sales plan which integrates with the regional sales plans.
- Understanding of the Healthcare Estates management and the new build construction markets to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure we are approved on the right frameworks to access projects.
- Identify the correct conferences and exhibitions to represent the business appropriately.
- Influence the required product strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with our major projects team to build on existing successes within the healthcare sector.

Skills & Experience
- Understanding of the lighting, construction, or building services sector with relevant experience in lighting within the healthcare sector.
- Strong technical understanding of specific requirements and driving factors for lighting in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set.
- Great communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do.
- Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Encounter challenges with a positive attitude and have an interest in technology.
- Curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development.
- High level of computer skills.

From £55,000.00 per year
