As we expand our clinic footprint and franchise network, we are looking for a dedicated Clinic Operations & Practice Manager to lead our organizational growth and ensure the highest standards of clinical governance.

The Role

You will be the operational backbone of our clinics, bridging the gap between clinical excellence and business efficiency. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in commerce or finance who has significant experience in the UK healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinic Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across our sites, optimizing staff rotas and patient scheduling to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Franchise & Business Expansion: Manage the operational setup of new clinic branches and oversee the onboarding of new franchise partners.
  • Financial Management: Utilize your financial acumen to manage clinic budgets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and produce monthly financial reports.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, insurance providers, and GP referral networks.
  • Clinical Governance: Ensure all clinic locations remain compliant with UK healthcare regulations, including Health & Safety audits and Infection Control protocols.
  • Staff Leadership: Manage the recruitment and training of administrative and support staff, fostering a culture of professional excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
