You’ll work closely with NHS organisations across Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Primary Care, and Community Services to shape partnerships, influence decision‑making, and embed Coloplast’s wound care value proposition. With regular travel across the region and close collaboration with clinical and commercial stakeholders, you’ll play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes while driving long‑term account growth.
The Role In this role, you’ll take strategic ownership of your region, driving brand uptake by building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering sustainable growth through Coloplast’s advanced wound care portfolio and service offerings. You’ll engage senior stakeholders across NHS organisations, including Directors, Medicines Optimisation teams, Senior Pharmacists, Procurement leaders, Tissue Viability Nurses, and wider clinical and operational teams. You’ll develop compelling recommendations that support NHS objectives while driving formulary access, product adoption, and service implementation, including ONPOS and wider value‑added solutions. Working collaboratively with Territory Managers, you’ll ensure our products and services are positioned effectively, backed by market insights, robust business cases, and a deep understanding of the evolving NHS landscape. Your responsibilities will include delivering revenue and account growth, analysing regional opportunities, leading key account plans, supporting business reviews, building influential relationships, and maintaining excellent CRM reporting. You’ll also represent Coloplast at relevant meetings and events, while identifying Key Opinion Leaders and supporting advocacy development across the South East and South Central.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
