Healthcare Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing Healthcare Recruitment Agency seeking a Healthcare Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator to support their busy recruitment and compliance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in healthcare recruitment administration, compliance, onboarding, staffing coordination, or recruitment support who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate screening and onboarding
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Compliance checks, references, DBS and Right to Work verification
- Maintaining candidate records and ATS/CRM systems
- Supporting recruiters throughout the recruitment process
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

What We're Looking For:
- Experience within a healthcare recruitment agency
- Recruitment administration, onboarding or compliance experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience using recruitment databases or ATS systems
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance processes
