Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
- Source, interview and recruit healthcare candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (end-to-end)
- Explore and expand new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, healthcare, or a customer-facing role (desirable but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven and eager to succeed
- Positive mindset with excellent organisational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
