Role Description

The Healthcare Specialist role at MantraCare is a part-time remote position focused on supporting individuals across multiple care areas, including mental health, chronic conditions, and general wellness. In this role, you will:

You will engage with patients via telehealth platforms, offer evidence-based guidance, and coordinate with other providers to ensure continuity of care. Daily tasks include:

  • Documenting interactions in digital health systems
  • Collaborating with the AI and product teams to refine care pathways
  • Participating in training or case reviews to maintain high-quality standards

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess healthcare-related skills, such as Medicine and EMT, with experience in clinical or patient-facing environments.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and empathetically with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Candidates should possess Training and Healthcare skills, including the ability to educate patients on treatment plans and navigate digital health tools.
  • Relevant professional credentials such as EMT certification, nursing license, physician assistant qualification, or other recognized healthcare licenses are beneficial.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms, digital documentation, and working in technology-enabled care settings is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules effectively, and maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA or regional equivalents).
