The role As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians Multi-site or regional opportunities as our network continues to grow

What we’re looking for
BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) HCPC registration 2+ years’ post-qualification experience Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset Excellent administrative and organisational skills
